Our focus on advancing quality care in our area can be witnessed in many ways including our rural trauma link―this service is critical to  positive patient outcomes. NCH was the first state-designated Basic Level Trauma Center in the area. "This has brought about the greatest direct   impact to the care of our patients," said Kermit Moore, Chief Nursing  Officer and Trauma Coordinator.

NCH's willingness to forge the way in obtaining  the trauma designation in  this portion of the state, and its multimillion dollar investment in improving our facility, are just a couple of ways that we show our  neighbors that their needs come first!
