     Cardiac Rehab Services
Cardiac Rehab is a medically supervised program to help heart patients recover quickly and improve their overall physical, mental and social functioning. The goal is to stabilize, slow or even reverse the progression of cardiovascular disease, thereby reducing the risk of heart disease, another cardiac event or death.

The program includes:
Exercise training
Monitoring your heart rhythm
Education
Counseling so you can understand and manage the disease process

Helping you modify risk factors such as:
High blood pressure
Smoking
High blood cholesterol
Physical inactivity
Obesity
Diabetes
Lend emotional support

Hours of Operation
Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)
7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Because we are volunteer-based,
we can't guarantee that we
can meet all requests,

we can meet most of them.
