100 home health agencies
Nemaha County Home Care was recently named as one of
the top 100 home health agencies in the nation. The "2006 Homecare Elite"
was compiled using three domains of performance that are publicly
available: Quality of Care, Quality Improvement, and Financial
Performance. "We are extremely proud that our outcomes have led to this
honor, not for ourselves but, for our patients," says Nemaha County Home
Care Manager, Jere Gravatt. "It's a reflection of what our patients have to
gain from our staff." " We have felt for some time that the quality of our
home care was the very best." says Kermit Moore, Chief Nursing Officer. "The
citzens of our area can contact our Home Care staff with confidence that
they will receive great care from people who truly care about their well
