Intervent Services
Intervent is a wellness program designed to help you acquire, and practice, healthy lifestyle skills. It is an individualized lifestyle management and health risk reduction program. Intervent takes you beyond knowing what to do!

Intervent uses state-of-the-art behavior change techniques to provide a comprehensive program that includes support and education in:
 ►Eating healthy
 ►Exercise training
 ►Weight management
 ►Prevention and health promotion
 ►Smoking cessation
 ►Diabetes management

Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)
7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
